Before you choose to submit to any chemical test (blood test or Breathalyzer), you have the right to consult with an attorney, if it does not unreasonably delay the testing. The Right to Request Independent Samples Following the administration of a blood or breath test, you should request the police officers preserved a sample for independent testing.
