Bio:
Lowell was born in Biloxi, Mississippi. He lived in the Gulf Coast area for 22 years and then moved to Arizona. For his undergraduate education, he attended the University of West Florida and earned a B.A. in Political Science. At ASU law school, Lowell was involved in community activities through the Chicano Latino Law Students Association (CLLSA) and the St. Thomas More Society. He was a law clerk at Michael Cordova, P.C. before joining the firm as an associate. His favorite hobbies are cooking and gardening. |
